01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by richphil ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"), our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the richphil platform. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

richphil reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Users are encouraged to review this document periodically.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with richphil, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• Be a natural person residing in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by richphil or any PAGCOR-affiliated program;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of richphil or any of its affiliated entities.

richphil conducts age and identity verification during registration and prior to processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended and any balance returned to the original funding source following investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may register one (1) account on richphil. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. richphil employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect and act upon duplicate account activity.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information. richphil reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, residential address, and payment method ownership at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include: SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, Philippine passport, and PRC professional ID.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. richphil will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions. Report suspected unauthorized access to support immediately via [email protected].

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on richphil are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and Visa/Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the account cashier at the time of request. richphil does not charge platform fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. richphil reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal pending completion of required verification. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations may be withheld pending investigation and forfeited where violations are confirmed.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the richphil account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. richphil complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under applicable Philippine law and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

richphil offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. Key general principles include:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your richphil wallet until applicable wagering conditions are satisfied;
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly — only winnings generated after fulfilling wagering requirements may be withdrawn;
• Each promotion may be subject to a maximum bet restriction while bonus funds are active — typically ₱500 per bet unless otherwise stated;
• richphil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, exploitation of software errors, or deliberate minimum-risk play — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

richphil's RNG-based games use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested to ensure outcome fairness. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a technical fault, network failure, or system error during gameplay, richphil reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the applicable stake to the player's account. richphil's technical logs are the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions; player-side screenshots or recordings are not accepted as evidence of game results.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on richphil:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets;
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment instruments;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to richphil;
• Registering on behalf of another person or sharing account access;
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or other users' experience;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal under local law.

Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

08 Responsible Gaming

richphil is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. The following self-management tools are available to every registered richphil account holder at no charge, accessible directly from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Cap total losses over a defined period;
• Wager Limits: Restrict the maximum amount wagered per bet;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend access to your richphil account.

If you believe your gaming behavior has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact richphil's support team. richphil operates in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. All richphil services are for players aged 21 and above only.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

richphil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• KYC or age verification requirements have not been fulfilled within the required timeframe;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is suspected or confirmed;
• Regulatory obligations require account action;
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) months.

Where an account is closed due to a verified terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where the closure is administrative or initiated by the player, the balance will be returned to the verified funding source following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the richphil platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and design elements — is the proprietary property of richphil or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of richphil content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, richphil and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if richphil has been advised of the possibility of such damages. richphil's total aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

richphil collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering with richphil, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. richphil will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only as required to fulfill regulatory obligations, process payments, and operate the Platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

richphil may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, richphil will provide notice via the Platform or registered email. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions is always published at richphil.net/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to richphil's internal dispute resolution process. Users must submit a written complaint to [email protected] detailing the nature of the dispute. richphil will respond within ten (10) business days. If the matter remains unresolved, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
